Do you feel called by God to do His will? Is there a strong urge to preach the Word of God? Are you awakened at all hours of the night by that voice that’s saying; you should be reading the Bible? Well God is ministering to your heart. There is a seed that’ has been planted .Paul writes to Christians at Thessalonica that God called you through our gospel. The gospel is communicated by the word of truth which God designed to produce faith in sincere hearts. To say that a person is saved without God’s calling, would be equivalent to say that person is saved without the gospel.. The Lord explains in John 6: It is written in the prophets. And they shall all be taught of God. Everyone that hath heard from the Father, and hath learned, comes unto Me. whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved
The Ministry of Fruitful Fellowship 
Mat 4:19 And he saith unto them, Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men.
I will make you fishers of men
Jesus makes a demand on us. If you do not take it personally you are not a disciple of Christ. Jesus gives us a very specific instruction in this verse and it starts by following Jesus. To follow Jesus means to observe his movement, his words, his actions, his ways, his purpose, and then for you to imitate them to the best of your ability.
Since Jesus is not here in the flesh any more the only way we can do what he said to do is by reading and studying His Word. Only by learning what Jesus did and how he did it, can we then begin to follow in his footsteps.
So the journey begins with learning about Jesus. Jesus is our example and our leader. We follow His direction by learning about Him in His Word and by hearing the Spirit of God that is within us. The Word and the Spirit will always agree.
Then Jesus gives us the goal for this following of His ways. There is a specific purpose and plan given to us and a reason that we are now a Christian. This reason is of course to help others see the truth of God’s love toward man. In other verses of the Bible Jesus said we are the “light” of the world.
He implies that you do not hide a candle under your bed, you put it out where it helps others to see where they are going. Jesus told us if we follow him, He will make us “fishers” of men. That immediately tells you one of the major reasons why Jesus came to the earth, to be an example fisherman.
A “fisherman” is an occupation. It is something men and women do to make a living and pay their bills. It is also “work” and that is a four letter word to many. “Work” implies an extended effort and a toilsome endeavor. In fact here is a definition of the word:
WORK: a sustained physical or mental effort to overcome obstacles and achieve an objective or
We can see that there are implied obstacles and certainly physical and mental effort on our part involved in being a “fisher” of men. We can also see there is a goal and a prize for doing this. You can call it a reward or a payment, but nonetheless it is the end result of good work and it should always be a positive.
We are to be fishers of men. Learning the techniques and using the tools that Jesus taught us to use. By following Christ’s example we can become more like Him and achieve the same results.

Os haré pescadores de hombres
Jesús hace una demanda de nosotros. Si no lo tome como algo personal que no es un discípulo de Cristo. Jesús nos da una orden muy específica en este verso y comienza el seguimiento de Jesús. Seguir a Jesús significa para observar sus movimientos, sus palabras, sus acciones, sus maneras, su propósito, a continuación, para que los imitan en la medida de su capacidad.
Puesto que Jesús no está aquí en la carne como tampoco la única manera que podemos hacer lo que él dice que lo hace es mediante la lectura y el estudio de Su Palabra. Sólo aprendiendo lo que Jesús hizo y cómo lo hizo, entonces podemos comenzar a seguir sus pasos.
Así que el viaje empieza con el aprendizaje acerca de Jesús. Jesús es nuestro ejemplo y nuestro líder. Seguimos su dirección mediante el aprendizaje acerca de Él en Su Palabra y al escuchar el Espíritu de Dios que está dentro de nosotros. La Palabra y el Espíritu siempre estará de acuerdo.
Y Jesús nos da la meta para este seguimiento de sus caminos. Hay un propósito específico y un plan de atención a nosotros y una razón que ahora estamos un cristiano. Esta razón es, por supuesto, ayudar a otros a ver la verdad del amor de Dios hacia el hombre. En otros versículos de la Biblia, Jesús dijo que son la “luz” del mundo.
Da a entender que no ocultan una vela debajo de tu cama, lo pones en el que ayuda a los demás para ver hacia dónde van. Jesús nos dijo que si le seguimos, él nos hará “pescadores” de hombres. Que inmediatamente le dice que una de las razones principales por las que Jesús vino a la tierra, para ser un pescador ejemplo.
Un “pescador” es una ocupación. Es algo que los hombres y las mujeres hacen para ganarse la vida y pagar sus cuentas. También es “trabajo” y que es una palabra de cuatro letras para muchos. “El trabajo” implica un esfuerzo prolongado y un esfuerzo penoso. De hecho, aquí es una definición de la palabra:
TRABAJO: un esfuerzo sostenido física o mental para superar los obstáculos y lograr un objetivo o
Podemos ver que hay obstáculos físicos implicados y sin duda y el esfuerzo mental de nuestra parte que implica ser un “pescador” de los hombres. También podemos ver que hay una meta y un premio por hacer esto. Usted puede llamar a una recompensa o un pago, pero sin embargo es el resultado final de un buen trabajo y siempre debe ser positivo.
Debemos ser pescadores de hombres. Aprender las técnicas y el uso de las herramientas que Jesús nos enseñó a utilizar. Siguiendo el ejemplo de Cristo podemos llegar a ser más semejantes a él y lograr los mismos resultados.
